Assessing information system impact

What are the mechanisms you put into practise to secure that your information system meet users requirements? What performance indicators are you using to assess improved awareness among users?

What is the next step in the development of your system?

What are the near-future changes / improvement you will brought to your system? What are these changes motivated by? At what stage is your IS: would you say it is mature, under development, at an initiation stage, or still in conception phase?

How is you system supposed to evolve?

Give information on you information system roadmap: describe or develop briefly the road you will take to develop further your system. You can schematically draw the roadmap.

Reporting and informing on system development

How do you report on the state of development of your system? To whom, by what mean and with what purpose? What mechanisms did you implement to assess to what extend objectives have been met?
