The problem of a great importance is the selection of patients for saving-organ operations inclusive of absolute and secondary indications. Complex ultrasound examination at renal cancer allows to diagnose the character of the renal blood flow, what is important for exact diagnostics and monitoring after surgery. Summary: In a series of 10 multifocal epilepsy patients it was shown that the data obtained using neurophysiologic and neuroimaging studies made it possible to localize epileptic foci in functionally important areas to apply the method of subpial transsection and achieve a stable therapeutic effect.
