How do you do. Let me introduce myself. My name is Bill. I am a student. I am British. I am 20. I am not married (I am single). I am from Oxford. I was born there. It is an old English city. There are many colleges in it. I am fond of classical music. I am interested in foreign languages. And you? My hobby is travelling. Now I am in London. I am here on holiday. Are you British? Where are you from? What are you? What are you interested in? Is you hobby travelling? I am sure you will be glad to visit London, won't you? Is it difficult for you to speak English? I hope everything will be all right with you.
I /Russian/ Russia. I am Russian. I am from Russia. He /the USA/ American. They /Great Britain/ British. She /Ireland/ Irish. We /Germany/ German. You /Canada/ Canadian. b) Образец: I ... in Moscow on May 1, 1972. I was born in Moscow on May 1, 1972. He ... in New York on April 10, 1970. They ... in London in 1980. She … … from Britain. She …… Саnada. We ... Businessmen. We … … from Ireland. We ... ... Germany. You ... a banker. You … … from Germany You … … Ireland. 2. б) незнакомому человеку (a stranger)? What? What is you name (profession, occupation, hobby, address, telephone number)? What is your father (sister, brother, friend, mother)? What do you do (like, sell, buy, exhibit, produce)? What are you going to do (to sell, to buy, to see, to discuss, to be)? What languages do you speak? What countries do you do business with? What is your favourite colour (sport, book)? What do you do in your free time? Where? Where are you from? Where were you born? Where is your company situated? Where do you live? Where do you spend your holiday (weekends)? How old are you (your parents)? How old is your company (car)? How large is your family (company, exhibition)? How many languages do you speak? How many people are there in your family (company, group)? 4. а friends? car? any money? good boss? flat? Have you got much free time? expensive things at home? many family problems? relatives? news? What are you? What is he? и т.п., т.е. What do you do? What does he do? What is your (his) occupation? What are you by profession? What is he by profession? п. Who is she? She is Mrs White. Who is he? He is my brother. Do I know you? Вопрос об имени (фамилии) человека можно задать в более конкретной форме: What is your name? Запомните английские эквиваленты русских слов: имя – name, first name, given name; фамилия - surname, family name, last name, second name; отчество - middle name, patronymic name. 1.
