Factors affecting performance of small and medium enterprises, Vietnam
Abstract: This study sought to evaluate the factors affecting the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in HCM city, Vietnam. The study adopted a survey research design and employed a stratified random simple sampling. Primary data was collected from 283 management of SMEs using structured questionnaires. This study intends to confirm a linear regression equation of Factors Affecting the Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises. The findings of the study reveal that Business information services, Management skills, Availability of Managerial experience, Infrastructure services, Macro-Environment Factors, Level Education of Manager have a positive and significant relationship with performance of SMEs.

Development of a mobile application for GKU "center of social protection of the population for Kumylzhensky district of the Volgograd region" Abstract. In the real work the platform of mobile applications as a new

Advantages and shortcomings of mobile applications are analysed and formulated, weak points which need to be excluded at a development stage are specified. Methods and automation equipment are presented - method is the comparative analysis of software of development of mobile applications, an automation equipment is the dynamic Appy Pie platform. In the scientific article, it is proved that modern Russia in the social sphere has every chance in order that by means of introduction of information technologies to reach the highest level of development in all spheres.

Optimization of information systems in organs of state and municipal authorities (on the example of the Administration of the Volgograd region)
Abstract. In the present work, we defined the role of information in the system of state and municipal management, the relevance of implementation of information systems in public authorities. We considered automated information systems used by the Executive authorities of the Volgograd region (information system of cartographic analysis, e-government, etc.), automated information system of maintenance that can be used in the bodies of local authority, noted the state and municipal services, the provision of which is (wholly or partly) in electronic form (electronic applications, "Electronic reception", etc.) and also a regional system of interdepartmental electronic interaction. We identified and described the problems of the operation of information systems in Executive authorities of the Volgograd region because of the recent introduction. Recommendations and measures for the optimization of operation of these

The usefulness of online platform to increase small medium enterprise (sme)’s performance (case study: Qlapa Indonesia)
Abstract. Every business, including SMEs should be ready in facing the globalization. For most SMEs in developing countries such as in Indonesia, the need to increase their performance comes in form of maximizing online platforms. This study was focused on the measure of one website that dedicates themselves in becoming a marketplace for handcrafted local products. The paper uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as one theory that uses the theory approach behavior (behavioral theory) are widely used to assess the adoption process in information technology. TAM provides the basis to determine the effect of external factors on beliefs, attitudes, and goals of the users. The result shows that the website is keen enough in assisting local product lovers, but still low on popularity.

Information technology tools for assessing the creditworthiness of the borrower
Abstract. This article discusses the information technology used in the assessment of the creditworthiness of the client. Examines the concept of creditworthiness. Analyzed various methods of credit assessment used in banks, as well as the sources of information used to calculate the solvency of the client. The authors raise the problem of imperfection of modern methods of credit rating. The purpose of this paper is to show the possibility of improvement of system of assessing the creditworthiness of individuals, thanks to modern information technology. It is concluded that in the modern financial situation, the choice of method of assessment of creditworthiness should take into account specific factors and conditions that determine not only the financial situation of the borrower, but also the socio-political situation in the country.

Automation marketing business processes of company Abstract. Adaptation to dynamic market changes and the choice of optimum
strategy of development become the Central problem of Russian enterprises in modern conditions. In this situation, information provision plays a fundamental role management subsystem. Monitoring and evaluation information about internal and external environment of the enterprise, the opportunities provided by the market, its threats are the basis for decisions not only in marketing but also in managing the entire production and business activities of the company. Because marketing information system (hereinafter – MIS) is not strictly technological, but is based primarily on personal interaction, intra-firm and inter-firm communications, its potential is determined not so much by technical possibilities of modern means of information as of a variety of factors. The problems of the methodology of the design and organization of functioning of the automated MIS to ensure sustainable and reliable operation of the enterprises in market conditions has not received sufficient attention. This is the relevance of this topic.

Electronic document management in banking: prospects, current problems Abstract. Organization of effective management information resources is
crucial for the banking sector. All credit institutions face the necessity of processing enormous amounts of information. This applies not only to financial and economic information that characterizes the relations between the Bank and its customers, but also management of documentation required for the managers and owners of the Bank for an objective assessment of the current state and prospects of development of the credit institution. The article is devoted to one of the actual and to date, the banking tasks – improvement of electronic document management systems. Analyzed the current state of electronic document management in banking, considers the prospects for the development and improvement of systems of electronic document management. Special attention is given to identifying issues related to the use of electronic document management systems when working with internal documents of credit organizations. On the basis of the conducted research the author suggests ways to resolve identified issues to the holistic operation of the banking system.
