Вид занятия: практическое занятие

Тема: «Типы компьютеров и их разнообразие».

Цели занятия:

Обучающие:

1. Закрепить знания по темам «Компьютеры», «Типы компьютеров».

2. Сформировать представление о многообразии компьютеров.

3. Совершенствовать навыки практического владения английским языком по данной теме в устной речи и восприятии речи на слух.

4. Совершенствовать навыки практического владения английским языком по данной теме в чтении с извлечением информации, используя вебквесты.

Развивающие:

1. Развивать внимание.

2. Развивать критическое мышление.

3. Развивать память.

Воспитательные:

1.Способствовать формированию навыков общения друг с другом, коллективных совместных действий.

2. Способствовать формированию интереса к будущей профессии.

Тип занятия: Занятие с использованием ИКТ технологий и элементов РКМЧП.

Дидактический материал (оснащение занятия): тексты, бланки для работы с вебквестами и

текстовым материалов, компьютеры, подключенные к интернету, видеофрагмент.

Дидактические единицы: Основы общения на английском языке: фонетика [ə], [ͻ], [əi], [a:], [ə:],лексика (названия типов компьютеров, названия изобретений, грамматика (простое настоящее время, простое будущее время, пассивный залог).

Студент должен знать: названия изобретений, информацию о типах компьютеров.

Студент должен уметь: называть изобретения, типы компьютеров и строить высказывания по теме, отвечать на поставленные вопросы.

Структура занятия:

  1. Организационный момент (сообщение темы и целей занятия). 1-2 мин.

  2. Основной этап занятия:

  1. Фонетическая разминка: 7-10 мин.

а) Фонетическая зарядка (отработка навыков работы со скороговоркой).

б) Беседа о погоде, настроении (фронтальный опрос) c фиксированием ответов на доске.

2. Введение новой лексики по теме: 16-18 мин.

а) Беседа по теме (фронтальный опрос).

б) Отработка произношения новых слов.

в) Выполнение лексико-грамматических упражнений.

1) Соотнесение слов с их значениями.

2) Соотнесение слов с синонимичным значением.

3) Составление определений к предложенным словам.

III. Закрепление: 40 -43мин.

  1. Работа с текстовым материалом по группам (текст «Изобретения прошлого века»).

а) Беседа со студентами об изобретениях (активизация первичных знаний студентов).

б) Работа с текстовым материалом (групповая работа по заполнению таблицы).

в) Прочтение заполненных таблиц.

2. Работа с видеофрагментом.

Part 1.

Technology, science, and inventions have progressed at an accelerated rate during the hundred years of the 20th century, more so than any other century.

We began the 20th century with the infancy of airplanes, automobiles, and radio, when those inventions dazzled us with their novelty and wonder.

We end the 20th century with spaceships, computers, cell phones, and the wireless Internet all being technologies we can take for granted.

1900

The zeppelin was invented by Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin.

Charles Seeberger redesigned Jesse Reno's escalator and invented the modern escalator.

1901

The first radio receiver, successfully received a radio transmission.

Hubert Booth invented a compact and modern vacuum cleaner.

1902

Willis Carrier invented the air conditioner.

The lie detector or polygraph machine was invented by James Mackenzie.

The birth of the Teddy Bear.

George Claude invented neon light.

1903

Bottle-making machinery was invented by Michael J. Owens.

Mobile phones were first invented. Although cell phones were not sold commercially until 1983. Bardeen, Brattain, and Shockley invented the transistor.

The 50s have always been described as a conservative period socially, however, advancements in technology were about to change all that. During the 50s, television became the dominant media. While television had been invented many years previous, the 50s saw nearly every family buying a television set, and nearly everyone watching television for longer and longer periods of time. Television broadcasts became our number one source of news, information, and entertainment during the 50s. Live news broadcasts were now possible coast to coast, and this has changed our world forever.
